About Alicia & Heather,
Meet Alicia Parks -
As a Wedding Photographer and a Yoga instructor I have found that my passion for telling romantic stories through photography is as equally important to me as sharing the transforming benefits of Yoga.
I quickly realized, Yoga is a challenging exercise that creates deep relaxation and mental clarity. I recognized a desire to share the practice with others and teach professionally. I completed my Yoga Teacher Training at the Ananda Seva Mission, in Santa Rosa, CA in 2011 and since have taught over 2000 classes.
I am especially interested in bringing Yoga into the lives of those who have never experienced the practice before. Seeing the benefits of the ancient traditions being discovered for the first time, including those who believed Yoga was not possible given their injuries or age, is one of my great delights. I am constantly seeking new avenues to bring Yoga into the lives of those who have yet to discover its benefits, and to help experienced practitioners along the path to a deeper, more rewarding practice.

Heather Nelson is a dynamic entrepreneur, devoted mother of four, and a passionate advocate for living a life full of purpose and joy. As the Co-Founder of this women’s retreat, she is committed to empowering women to create the lives they love. With a wealth of experience as a busy mom, previous surrogate, and owner of two thriving businesses, Heather understands the challenges and rewards of balancing multiple roles. She brings this unique perspective to her podcast, Life Conversations with a Twist, where she explores real-life stories and strategies for personal growth.
In her session, Heather will delve into essential topics such as setting meaningful goals, harnessing the power of your network, creating habits that stick, and embracing self-love. She believes in the importance of doing things that bring joy and is dedicated to helping women find their path to a fulfilling life.

After blowing through a $600,000 lawsuit payout and racking up over $220,000 worth of debt in three and a half years, Haley and her Husband got serious about changing the narrative they had created for their lives. Within 18 months, they had paid off over $132,000 of debt their debt and restarted their wealth journey.
During this period, they began their podcast Price of Avocado Toast. Their focus has been on having open and honest money conversations with others to help remove the stigmas and shame around finances. The hope is that these conversations enlighten the younger versions of themselves and save them from the pitfalls Haley and Justin fell into.

Chrysti’s passion for skincare started at a young age, she became a makeup artist at 17 and has had clients who’ve graced the covers of magazines, red carpets, and wedding aisles. Wanting to dive deeper into skin therapy; she became an aesthetician in 2016 and has dedicated her career to showcasing results-driven skin treatments, while giving exceptional customer service. Chrysti’s holistic approach yields clinical results, prioritizing a whole body and mind approach to skincare, has set her apart from most in her industry.

CASSIOPEIA - Cassiopeia is an intuitive Sound Healing Practitioner living in the Coastal Redwood Forest of California. She is passionate about sharing the incredible medicine of Sound with all the healing it brings. This is her vision and her life path!
Raised in the Pacific Northwest, she began to work with Sound on her personal Journey in healing from cancer. She has been sharing this powerful vibrational medicine with others since 2015, after graduating from the Globe Institute of Sound and Consciousness in San Francisco. Her continued studies have led her to work with various Sound and Plant Medicine Master teachers in Brazil and Peru, as well as Gong Masters in the U.S. She is currently studying Harp, Percussion, Voice, and Ceremonial Music.

Her experience in coaching and holistic business development spans across many industries and includes Sodexo, Ceres Community Project, Benefit Focus, Temple Spaces, Roadmap Research Global, Starr Staffing, high-level government leaders, and multiple Shark Tank winners. Studies and Certifications that inform her practices are: Conscious Leadership, Strengths Strategy, People Acuity, HeartMath, Positive Intelligence, and Art of Difficult Conversations, as well as B3 Somatics.
